General Conditions
Registration for Pathfinders of the Portuguese Union (UPASD/AJA)
All Pathfinders and other participants in the territory of the Portuguese Union of Seventh-day Adventists must register exclusively through the site of the Juventude Adventista, in the reserved area of each member or non-member user. The registration of each participant is mandatory and will have to be validated by the JA Coordinator of the local Church / Pathfinder Club.
Applications, open on October 26th 2023, will have the following deadlines:
– Entries until January 10th 2024 – offer of 1 Camporee Nacional JA 2024 T-shirt;
– Entries from January 11th to 31st 2024 – normal, no offer;
– Registration from February 1st to 29th 2024 – late ticket with extra payment.

Rules of Presentation and Conduct
We recall the importance of each Pathfinder to present themselves with their uniforms fully and correctly prepared. This aspect should be worked in advance by parents and Pathfinders leaders. On the other hand, participants enrolled in the Projetos JA, logistics and/or kitchen, can present themselves, if possible, with a JA garment, to present an image of strength and uniformity.
In addition, there are other rules that are mandatory in the activities of JA and include: the absence of pendants (piercings, etc.), reamers or other objects of extravagant adornment; decency in the clothes used; prohibition of entry of any alcoholic beverage, caffeine, tobacco or illicit substance.
Relationships in being and opinion must express all Christian ethics dignity and respect for the values of JA.
Personal Accident Insurance
Do not forget to renew the Personal Accident Insurance from January 1st, 2024. Your registration will have a discount according to the type of insurance existing at the time of registration. If the registration is made in 2023, the discount of the current insurance modality will be applied. If the registration is made in 2024, the discount of the insurance modality that they choose for that year will apply.
Other Informations
– Pets will not be allowed in the campsite.
– Vehicles (car, motorcycle) of participants will not be allowed within the campsite. Parking is outside the Campsite.
– Visits from family and friends. At the moment the organization of Camporee Nacional JA 2024 guarantees only the entrance to the meeting tent of the direct relatives of the young people who will be baptized on Saturday morning, and only during this moment of the program.
⁃ Visits to the campsite will not be allowed.
